An All About Me theme unit is a great way to kick off your preschooler’s year. It gives them the chance to learn about themselves, their bodies, their family, and so much more.
You can incorporate learning the letters of their names into so many different activities and really, what preschooler doesn’t love seeing their name everywhere? :)
When we initially started our All About Me unit, we picked out some books that would go along with our activities but that would also teach us a few new things as well. Things like self-esteem, independence, and more.
Between the books and our recent projects, our All About Me week has been a blast and as I had hoped, jump starting our homeschooling year with a fun theme like this has gotten him more excited than ever to learn!
