While I make it a point to try to respond to every email that comes in, due to the sheer volume of them, there are not always enough hours in the day to get to each of them in a timely manner.

Where do you find the clip art that you use in your printables?
So many different places! I’m always on the lookout for fun new clip art to use in our printable resources. The majority of it comes from shops on either Etsy or Teachers Pay Teachers, but some sets do come from independent sellers.
Do you have tutorials available to show me how to make my own printables?
Sorry! I don’t. There are tons of different software programs out there for creating printables and most of them have free tutorials available online, but I have not created any myself.
Where do you get your fonts?
Just like the clip art, the majority of my fonts are purchased from shops on Etsy and Teachers Pay Teachers with a few independent sellers sprinkled in.
I love this printable but would prefer for it to be in Spanish, French, etc. Can you translate it for me?
I would love to be able to offer this and have plans to offer many of our printables in various languages in the future. Right now however, our posts and printables are only available in English.
I would prefer to have this printable in another format or using a different font. Can you change it?
Due to time constraints, I am not able to accommodate requests for custom changes to printables right now. Every once in a while I will offer a printable in various formats however, this is not always possible.
Can you send me the printable template that you created or an unsecured version of your printable so that I can change it myself?
For copyright reasons and to be in accordance with the terms placed on clip art and fonts by their creators, I do not share any unsecured files or templates.
I’m having trouble downloading your printable file. What can I do?
More often than not, we find that problems with downloading or printing our resources is due to not having the latest version of Adobe Reader. Please make sure you are running the most recent version of this program on your computer before attempting to download and print our resources.
I found a typo in one of your printables. Will you fix it?
I strive to make sure that all of our printables are error free but alas, I am only human 🙂 If you find an error or a typo, please feel free to email me directly at amber (at) fromabcstoacts (dot) com and I will try to fix it as quickly as possible.
Can I use your printables in my classroom, in my coop or with various children that I personally teach?
I ordered something from your shop but can’t figure out how to download it. Help!
When placing an order in our shop, the resource will download automatically once you finish your purchase. You should also receive an email receipt with a download link enclosed. If you haven’t received this email within an hour of your purchase time, please check your spam filter first and then email me directly at amber (at) fromabcstoacts (dot) com if you still can’t find it.
How long do I have to download my printables after I purchase?
All of our digital product links will expire after 1 year. That basically means that once you purchase a product and receive the download link via email, you will have 365 days from the date of purchase to download the product and save it to your computer. After those 365 days are up, the download link you received will no longer be active.
Are the products in your shop available to international buyers?
At this time, due to international tax laws, the products in our shop, here on the site are available only to buyers within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, please visit our TpT shop to complete your transaction.
I emailed you yesterday, 2-3 days ago and haven’t yet heard back. What can I do?
My goal is to respond to every email that comes into my inbox. Due to the sheer volume of them however, my responses may take some time. This is especially true at the beginning of the school year which is our busiest time of year. If you’ve emailed me and I haven’t replied within a week, please send a follow up email to get your question back to the top of my inbox.
Do you review books/products/apps/services?
Yes, we do! But please note:
- From ABCs to ACTs is not currently accepting reviews or sponsored posts without monetary compensation. If you would like your product or service featured on our site, we will consider that to be part of a sponsored post or paid review.
- All sponsored links will be no-follow, no exceptions.
- All sponsored posts will be fully disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines, again, no exceptions.
I have a product/service that is related to a post you’ve written in the past, will you link to it?
From ABCs to ACTs will not add any related links for products or services to posts unless we have personally tried them and can honestly recommend them to our readers.
