Can you believe that it’s already November?! This year has flown by and it just doesn’t seem possible that 2013 is almost over. Nevertheless, it won’t be long before the lights go up, Santa hits the malls and stores start playing Christmas music.
The 2013 holiday season is upon us and first up is Thanksgiving, the holiday of food, family and friends.
If you host, or even attend a large Thanksgiving event, you know just how chaotic they can be. Friends and family reuniting, tons of people in the kitchen, everyone wanting to help, children screaming, laughing and running in and out of rooms. It can be exhausting.
Now, I can’t help you out with having 20 people in your kitchen and yes, you’ll still have to get up before the crack of dawn to start preparing the meal but set up a couple of these Thanksgiving activities for kids and it might just make your day a little less stressful.
While they won’t help you prepare the turkey or bake the pies, keeping the kids entertained while you get those things done is just like having an extra set of hands right? 🙂
