There are so many fantastic Dr. Seuss books out there that I would have a really hard time trying to pick just one as my favorite. My children however, don’t see to have that problem.
Even though there happen to be numerous Dr. Seuss books filled with awesome worlds and crazy creatures, the fun-filled story and amazing pictures that make up the book The Lorax, seem to be what has truly captured their attention.
In honor of Dr. Seuss’ upcoming birthday, which of course also includes the Read Across America celebration, we’ve been sharing a few fun snacks to go along with some of his most iconic stories, but today, we’re sharing one that pairs perfectly with one of our personal favorites.
It doesn’t get much cuter than that right?!
These make the perfect snack to enjoy while reading this fun story and what’s even better is that the kids can help you make them!
The recipe below will yield 6 Lorax rice krispie bars, although you may want to make a few more as these will go quick :)
