Nothing says fall quite like pumpkins and these printable pumpkin ten frames are such a fun way to work on numbers 1 through 10 with your preschooler!
All you need to use this fun fall math practice sheet is the printable pumpkin ten frame pages and an orange Do-A-Dot marker.
Pumpkin Ten Frames
This activity truly is about as no prep as you can get. Just print and hand them over to your eager preschooler!
You could if you’d prefer, cut them into strips and give your child a single one to work on at a time or you can simply hand over the three included pages and let them have at it.
For our own fall fun, we used them as a single sheet.
Just have your child take a look at the numbers that are printed on the pumpkins and then use their Do-A-Dot marker to fill in the correct number of spaces on the ten frame.
Not feeling to dot markers? You can easily swap those out for crayons, markers, stickers, or even pumpkin seeds if you still have a few from your Halloween jack o’ lantern.
Either way, these are the perfect way to add a little fine motor practice into your day as well.
Add in a fun pumpkin story and you’re well on your way to a full day of pumpkin-themed learning!
