With the holiday season over, we’re working on getting back into our normal routine and that includes our home preschool time.
Since we started with preschool at home, I have searched for a preschool skills assessment that could help us track our progress through the year and the skills that we’re covering.
In my search, I found a few but none of them were quite what I was looking for.
I didn’t want anything too formal, nothing that screamed “test.” More than anything, I wanted something colorful and fun.
So, I created one of my own!
With this pack, you’ll be able to record what colors, shapes, numbers, and letters your preschooler knows while seeing how they do with positional/directional words, patterns, matching objects and so much more!
To really track your child’s progress, complete the assessment when you start your home preschool and complete a second one at the end of your year. Seeing the progress that they make throughout the year is one of the best parts of teaching your children at home.
And with the bright, colorful pictures, your preschooler is going to love it as well! So much so that it won’t even seem like work :)
