Simple number flashcards can be a great way to both introduce and practice basic numbers with your toddler or preschooler.
They’re not only perfect for quick practice sessions, but you can also take them on the go with you and pull them out for a few educational minutes while you’re waiting in line at the grocery store or at the doctor’s office!
Ten Frame Number Flashcards for Kids
Now, you might think that flashcards are boring or that they only focus on a single skill.
The reality, however, is that for some children, those who find big, bright pictures with lots of colors overwhelming for instance, simple flashcards like these are exactly what they need.
They also allow your child to work on multiple skills at once!
These number flashcards, for example, give your child the opportunity to practice counting from 0 to 10, number recognition, and with the addition of the ten frames, one to one correspondence all at the same time.
Like our alphabet and sign language flashcards, these number flashcards cards print four to a page, making them the perfect size for little hands.
Just print them off, cut them out, and run them through your laminator for durability.
From there, you can either use them as they are, take them on the go with you by stringing them together on a metal book ring, or even print of a second set to make your own number flashcard memory game!
