With the month of October being National Fire Prevention Month, we’ve been talking a little bit about firefighters and other community helpers throughout the last few weeks in our home preschool.
From what they do to the special type of clothing they wear, the little guy has been having a blast learning about all things firefighter.
While learning about the suits and hats they wear, we started looking through various pictures of firefighters and almost immediately we started seeing slight differences in the uniforms worn by different firefighters.
This was actually a lot of fun as it wound up giving me an activity idea for the preschooler. Spot the difference!
Whether you and your preschooler are learning about firefighters specifically or are studying lots of different types of community helpers, this printable activity sheet is no-prep and a ton of fun!
Just have your child look at both pages and, with a pencil or a crayon, circle the items within the two pictures that are different.
