Oregon State Study
While you may know that the state of Oregon is bordered by an ocean, you may not realize just how big a part water plays into the state’s geography. They are the Beaver state, after all.
In fact, the state of Oregon is home to Crater Lake, which is the deepest lake in the United States, as well as America’s largest sea cave, which happens to be the year-round home to many wild sea lions.
In this week’s state study, we’ll cover that and more! For instance, the western expansion, the Oregon Trail, and we’ll even take a look at what makes the Oregon state flag so different from others in our country.
