I don’t know what it is, but it seems like each year just flies by a little bit faster than the last.
Here we are, at the end of February already. Of course, you know what that means. Spring is coming!
At least I hope it is :) I’ve had about as much cold weather as I can stand this year and we haven’t had even close to the amount of snow that other places have.
Of course, the coming of Spring also means that Easter is on its way and if the stores in your area are anything like mine, the peeps are already filling the shelves.
While we’re not eating any of them just yet, we have been using them for a little inspiration :)
We’ve been enjoying a few Peep themed activities over the past couple of days and our first was a huge hit!
With these printable Easter Peep lacing cards we’ve been practicing colors, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination.
The best part is that they’re super simple to use :)
Just print, cut, laminate (if you want), and punch out the holes. Lace them up with a shoelace, ribbon, or whatever you have on hand!
These adorable printable Peeps come in 6 different colors, so just pick your favorite and start lacing!
Want to add a little more learning to the mix? Cut 6 different pieces of ribbon in coordinating colors and have your child match them to the correct card before lacing it up.
Most importantly, have fun with them!
