Christmas Detective Math & Literacy Boom Card Bundle
If you don’t already use Boom Cards in your classroom, you’re going to want to start! With self-correcting features, these cards make for a great independent center where learners can strengthen their math and literacy skills.
Our Christmas Detective Bundle will have your students working on:
- Number recognition from 0 – 20
- Letter recognition for both upper and lowercase letters
- Comparison of quantities to determine which group has more
With Detective Santa and Detective Reindeer helping on each card, your learner will help them discover the correct answer by selecting the correct number, letter, or item.
Each card has a sound icon found at the top of each card which allows your pre-readers to listen to the instructions. This feature is perfect for enhancing listening comprehension, as well as encouraging independence.

Skills Covered in Boom Card Christmas Detective Bundle
Not only are these interactive Boom Cards engaging and fun for students, but they build up foundational skills. Along with number and letter recognition, these cards also help with:
- Listening comprehension
- Visual Discrimination
- One-to-One correspondence
- Greater/Less Than
Within each deck, your students will help detectives Santa and Rudolph find the correct letters and numbers by clicking on the correct Christmas items.
Once they move on to comparing quantities, there’s a deck for that too!
In that particular deck, your students will be tasked with counting the ornaments found on two different Christmas trees to determine which symbol (greater than, less than, or equal to) applies.
