With the summer months just around the corner, I’m sure we’re all looking forward to lazy days by the pool and fun family vacations, but that doesn’t mean that all learning has to stop.
With preschoolers especially, as long as you find a way to make it fun, they’re almost always up for a round of summer learning!
Of course, if your kiddos are anything like mine, they’ll probably want to spend the majority of these warmer months playing outside, but if you find yourselves stuck inside on a rainy afternoon, this beach themed pre-writing practice pack might just come in handy.

They not only make a great way to practice those budding handwriting skills with your preschooler, they’re also perfect for strengthening those small motor muscles while allowing you to work on shapes and colors at the same time!
With these pre-writing practice sheets, there are multiple ways to learn!
Have your child cut out the beach themed shapes after they’ve been traced to worked on scissor skills, or count the beach balls after they’ve been colored. Have them color only a certain number to work on counting or write numbers on them to make it a color by number!
Just want to work on those fine motor skills? No problem!
Simply print them out and use them as they are or either laminate them or put them into a dry erase pocket, grab a couple of dry erase markers so that you can use them over and over again.
The possibilities are endless!
