Good morning road trippers! It’s that time again!
This week we’re heading to the midwest and exploring the heart of tornado alley, the great state of Oklahoma!
We’ve officially made it to the final 15! The countdown is on as we explore that last few states in the country and yet, there is still so much to learn.
Oklahoma State Study
At first glance, the Sooner State may not look all that exciting. With the flatter plains and the miles of farmland, it often looks and is mistaken for its neighbors Kansas and Nebraska.
The opposite couldn’t be truer however as Oklahoma is a state that is completely its own with a truly rich Native American history.
Throughout this week’s state study, we’ll learn more about some of the groups that call Oklahoma home, the state’s history of tornadoes, and some of its famous figures.
