Even though it may seem like Mother’s Day was just yesterday, Father’s Day is quickly approaching and we’re getting ready to spend an entire day celebrating daddy.
Around our house, we love matching games and we’ve made them for a lot of occasions. We have some for Halloween, St. Patrick’s Day and even one for learning colors.
So far though, we haven’t made one for Father’s Day. Until now.
Right now, one of Nicholas’ favorite things to do is be just like daddy.
Daddy’s mowing the lawn, Nicholas wants to get out his toy lawn mower. Daddy’s working on the computer and Nicholas is pulling out his toy laptop. Daddy’s fixing something with his tools and Nicholas is right there behind him with his toy toolbox in tow.
So, to prepare for Father’s Day and to add to our growing list of fun memory games for kids :) we made a printable tool matching game that has already been laminated and is quickly becoming a favorite with Nicholas as he not only matches the cards together but also matches his toy tools to the pictures as well.
Use it as a memory game for kids or have them just match the pictures together. Either way, I hope you enjoy!
