*UPDATE* The updated version for the 2015-2016 school year can be found here! *UPDATE*
If you know nothing else about me, you should know that I am, without a doubt, a HUGE planner.
I like to have, at the very least, a basic plan for just about everything and that includes homeschooling. Now, that doesn’t mean that things always go according to those plans. Far from it most of the time to be honest 🙂
But, that doesn’t stop me from trying and this homeschool planner has made at least one area of my life a whole lot easier!
And the fact that I’ve now something nice and pretty to write those lists and plans down on? Even better!
It’s no secret that homeschooling (any age or grade level) can be overwhelming. You’re no longer just mom (or dad), you’re the teacher, the one who is solely responsible for your child’s education and that right there is enough to make any parent a little nervous.
To help get us ready for this upcoming year and to satisfy my need to have a plan, we’ve now got a fun new homeschool planner that will help us keep track of everything from any supplies we need for an upcoming project, to what we plan on doing tomorrow 🙂
Now, this planner was made to work for us. Just as every family homeschools differently, you may find that different parts of this planner work differently for you.
You may find that you love using some of the pages but have no use for the others and that is perfectly fine!
You’re welcome to use as many, or as few of the pages as you’d like. Whatever works best for you and your family!
We’re currently keeping ours in a 3-ring binder that allows me to easily flip around and keep track of what we’re planning to do and when.
As we start our homeschooling journey, having this available and using it to keep track of where we are in our preschool curriculum, what supplies we might need, and what books we’d like to read has already proven to be a huge help!
Having a planner that could help me break down the actual planning, has taken the idea of homeschooling from completely overwhelming to entirely possible.
I hope that if you decide to give this planner a try, it helps you just as much as it has me!
